Cache Creek Christmas
Hey DMT, Thanks for the comments. I was up in that area again over the holiday. Saturday evening I hiked a ways up Rayhouse Road and Frog Pond trail. Looking across at Glascock, I knew I'd have to come back the next day and take a shot at it. I posted a photo of my route on the Glascock page. It was a great day out - damn the early darkness - I wanted to just keep going. I hiked the fire road out to near what's called Glascock Springs on the map. I also saw mountain lion tracks on the road. Flushed out quail a few times on the ridge up to the summit. Hope to get up there again this winter for further exploration. Happy New Year!
