The Rookery at Piedras Blancas along the Coast of California. The entire population of this rookery is over 20,000 although not all the members are present at the same time.

Seals in Session ...

Like in Congress, not all members are present
at the same time. I'm thankful Washington D.C.
has NOTHING to do with this !!
