I highly recommend the Northside routes. While it would be nice to know the Old Chute for a carryover to the South like we did, sticking to the north up and down or traversing from the north or west is more of a typical Cascade mountaineering experience. The Southside is fairly straightforward - just stay off the ski-slopes on the way down :)
