tarol, They installed a "bridge" and "crow's nest" on the Devil's Chair? was that due to liability or safety reasons? I haven't visited the Punchbowl since I was a Tenderfoot in the Boy Scouts.
There are not one, but two nesting railings with attached fences on the Devil's Chair.
