Re: Interesting LightInteresting observation, and one that I never made myself, but no, no flash. It was early afternoon but in winter, so that could account for the shadow.

Re: Great Shot!Thank you, Afzal. This was one of my favorite trees, and I took many shots of it from different angles and under different conditions. It finally fell during ice storms 8 years ago, and I still miss that tree.

Re: Took me a while, but...Thanks! Sadly, this tree finally fell ten years ago after an ice storm. However, I have several pictures of it from over a four-year period. For some reason, I was always fascinated by this tree.
