Cusco/Majes River

The Cusco/Majes River, near the isolated town of Choco, Peru. Choco is a 7 or 8 mile backpack from the nearest road, a road that leads from Cabanaconde to the bottom of the Colca Canyon before suddenly coming to an end. Choco is at about 9,200 feet, and is immediately surrounded by mountains between 13,000-16,000 feet high. i unfortunately wasn't ever able to climb any of them.
