Crevasse at about 13,000 feet. It swallowed a ladder only two days earlier creating a short detour over an ever-lessening snow bridge.

Freakin RMI...

When we decended the DC route in late July I had to cross that ladder. Don't worry you didn't miss much from crossing the ladder, it had very bad placement. You were probably better off crossing the snow bridge. The rope to help you cross was only reachable by ice ax. Congrats on the summit!
