Cobweb HouseleekSadly not a saxifraga longifolia - this is one of the houseleeks - looks like a cobweb houseleek. Cobweb houseleeks have the white centre in the cactus like bottom of the plant that looks like a little spider has made a nest there.
Saxifraga Longifolia is a magnificent plant when in flower and can't be mistaken - it takes 3 to 5 years to flower and then a huge shoot about 50cm long covered in white flowers grows from the plant.
