Route Climbed: Road and rim trail Date Climbed: April 2 2004
I arrived here on an overcast day, on my way driving up to Denver for my next job. Wanted to bike the singlespeed up the road but road is closed to peds/bikes. Anyhow ran up to the summit from the visitor center and ran around the rim trail, then down to the vent and back to center. ~ 5 miles. Only 2 other old couples at the top. Nice views and alot of scruffy looking deer seen on the rim trail.
