While Lassen Peak is considered the southernmost of the Cascade volcanoes, it is not a stratovolcano, like most of the big ones, but a plug dome (the world's largest).
Kudos to you for the effort put into such an informative study. Considering myself to be reasonably knowledged about the range, i hadn't even heard of the the Warner Highlands or those subsidiary cones north of Lassen. I better reread it in fact and get it down better. Thanks--10/10
