Re: The ColoursI haven't been all the way to Beaver falls, but the water in the Havasu creek really is that blue green color, due to the high mineral content.

Re: The ColoursAs I said, I've never hiked all the way to Beaver Falls, but when I was in Havasu Canyon, the walls struck as pretty red (or orangy) depending on the time of day and lighting conditions . . .

Hidden Oasis in the DesertNo wonder the Havasupai have lived in Havasu Canyon for over 1,000 years. I wouldn't leave if my neighborhood was that spectacular. I have to return..........soon. *voting a 10 and giving you a gold star too* Thank you for posting.
