Icy But Delightful!The trail had a lot of dangerously-icy sections but was mostly OK. We avoided many of those areas by hiking in snowy side sections. We never needed any use of snowshoes, microspikes, or ice axes... a seldom occurrence for Washington peaks over 6000' in November.

Got here before the rain came inBearhead Mountain might be over 6000 feet and have over 1100 of prominence but this mountain is actual a nice easier hike provided you can get up the bumpy Cayada Road.
