The Bear River Range will always remind me of my time at Utah State University when I mapped invasive weeds along many of the trails. Luckily my in-laws live in Cache Valley so I'll never be too far away from many a majestic peak to visit. Still plenty of peaks up there left for me to bag!
The Bear River Range is a unique area of the Wasatch Mountains. One of my first hikes was to the summit of Soda Peak. Another early hike was to Bloomington Lake from the North Fork of Saint Charles Canyon. I've explored much of the Idaho portion of the range. I later hiked many of the peaks in Utah.
