Bartlett Bridge

The Bartlett covered bridge was built in 1870 and spans 166 feet over the Saco River. It replaces an origian bridge built in 1858 that was destroyed by a storm. Today it is under private ownership and is occupied by a gift shop. A real tourist trap, but I must admit they have some neat stuff for sale here. October 2000
