Re: Nice to put a face with the name!Kinda squinty but yeah, that's me. There's more of me somewhere among my other pictures too. Had a goatee for a while last year but it was a hassle (see Black Crater photos) so I'm back to being smooth-faced again. I really only take them to prove to my family back east that I'm actually climbing mountains now (they don't believe me).

Re: Nice to put a face with the name!Well, they live in a suburb of Chicago. I grew up in Illinois. Everyone here in Oregon calls anything east of the Rockies "back east". I'm ashamed to say I've started saying it too.
I just got back from a week climbing in NH and ME. Awesome fun but yeah, I didn't see any mountains as we flew over PA. Nice to know that someone else came from the flatlands like me though. ;- )
