Arribas Amoebas, 5.10+PG, 4 Pitches
With Gus from Tennessee. We climbed a ton in this canyon this trip. AA's first pitch stood out as the most sustained bolted 5.10 face leads I have had in Cochise, and I have led over 200 multi pitch routes there as of 2023. Seemed more sustained and challenging in nature than the much more popular 5.10+ 1st pitch on Warpaint. Worth doing for sure. The 2nd and 4th pitches were nothing to write home about, but the 3rd pitch was a fun mixed pitch, where you placed gear and pulled a cool roof. Easily rap the route with doubles.
