A melt water lake high in the Ochsental, mirroring the Schattenspitze (3202m)
As the satellite view shows, normally there is no snow and no lake at this spot by this time of the year. However, the conditions in the Alps were pretty unusual in the summer of 2013, for there had been much more snow than usual earlier on, and it persisted well into the summer.
