Details?

I once heard someone say "It's the details that sell your story". When I say "sell" I mean conveying the message your trying to tell others. Whether it be letting other folks know about your personal experience, information on traveling here, or telling a story about an adventure, the details matter. I'm not trying to discourage you from writing. I'm writing this to encourage you to place in elements into your story that will engage your reader and make them want to read the whole thing.

I too need a good work out and need to get back in shape myself. I had a foot injury which is still holding me back some. Sounds like it was a good outing.

Re: Details?

Well, I imagine my report will capture your attention if you're like me and have had a baby - it's hard to get back in shape, for nothing else you have no time for yourself anymore! Anyway, thanks for the comment. I added a few more details and hopefully you'll like it more.
